I'm grateful to have the opportunity to share a bit about myself and my journey with you.

My background is as diverse as the clients I serve, with experience spanning HR consulting, executive and leadership coaching, workplace culture change, real estate and founding start-up companies. I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and a unique perspective to my coaching practice.

As a proud mother of four children and eight beautiful grandchildren, I've embraced reinvention throughout my life, starting when my children were young. My journey into entrepreneurship began with a desire to fill a gap in the early childhood education sector, leading me to create a vibrant preschool program centered on movement and music. With the success of this initiative, I recognised further opportunities to make a difference based on my own personal experiences, including establishing a home schooling group. Over the years I've explored diverse business ventures, including founding a luxury transport business alongside my husband. The company grew into a nationwide success, renowned for serving A-list celebrities, royalty and top-tier luxury hotels and resorts in New Zealand.

In my 40’s, I launched a boutique recruitment agency that organically evolved into a successful career as an HR Business Partner, and an Executive / Leadership Coach. Life however threw a curveball when I found myself widowed in my 50’s. This profound change led to yet another transformation and reinvention. At the end of 2019, I left a high-level HR consulting role to focus on expanding my consulting business providing career coaching to skilled migrants, however with the onset of COVID-19 and border closures, I had to pivot once again.

Renewing my real estate license, I stepped back into the industry and enjoyed a couple of successful years, however the calling to do something more meaningful to me was ever-present. I needed to explore new avenues and step out of my comfort zone and embark on a new path which has led me to where I am now.

Throughout these experiences, I have first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by those over 50. Limited job opportunities, doors that don't open as easily, the frustration of being overlooked when you know you have so much experience to offer, and the rapid evolution of workplace technology. While it may not be openly acknowledged in the job market, I have also felt the frustration of potentially being overlooked based on age. It is this journey that fuels my passion to guide others through their own transitions, providing support and empowerment as they navigate their own unique paths.

Today my mission is clear, to work with executives, leaders and professionals over 50, guiding them through their own journey of change and transformation. I am here to help you explore fresh pathways, step into your potential, and embrace a world of purpose and possibility in your next chapter.
